Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Norvella.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return Contact us at edwinhelbo@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
